The tenure of current Executive Council (EC) of Soil Science Society of Pakistan (SSSP) is going to be over on 31 December, 2010. Executive Council discussed the election issue in its meeting held in Land Resources Research Institute, NARC, Islamabad on September 18, 2010. All the members of the EC unanimously decided that Professor Dr. M. Kaleem Abbasi, Dean, University College of Agriculture, Rawalakot, AJK shall be given the responsibility of Election Commissioner for holding upcoming SSSP Executive Council Exaltation.

2. Date for the withdrawal of candidature: 18-11-2010

3. Receipt of objections and hearing/decisions: 24-11-2010

4. Final list of Candidates Notification: 25-11-2010

5. Ballot Papers Dispatch: 29-11-2010

6. Final date of receiving ballot papers: 5-12-2010

7. Announcement of results: 18-12-2010
